Vinification : Maceration for 25 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steelvats
Ageing: 50% in new French oak barrels, 50% in vats. A minimal quantity of sulphites is used at this stage
Sulphites content: < 40 mg/L
Bottled at the château: With nitrogen flushing (to protect the colour and fruit from oxidation) – DIAM 5 ® – 47×24 Technical corks (composite corks that have consistent density and permeability)
Ageing potential: Ready to drink after two years ageing in the bottle, can be kept 10 years
