To keep us busy in the winery, and for your pleasure, we have created two wines with no added sulphites: a Montagne Saint-Émilion which we have named Carré De Soi (as an expression of authenticity), and a Lalande de Pomerol named Cœur De Soie (as an expression of generosity). The labels are based on the colours of the véraison (when the grapes change colour as they ripen) and on tasting notes.
